What equipment do I need for training?
A bike, basic cycling gear, bike computer, and heart rate monitor or power meter. are required. Indoor trainers can be helpful for specific sessions or for when outdoor conditions make riding outside impossible.How is my training plan created?
Plans are customized based on your current fitness, goals, and schedule,. Sessions will be uploaded to TrainingPeaks daily.Do you offer group coaching or one-on-one?
I primarily focus on one-on-one coaching but can offer team/group coaching or workshops on request.
How long does it take to see results?
This varies by individual, but most clients notice improvements in fitness and performance within a few weeks of training. Remember, consistency is key!
