I completed my coaching education through Science to Sport , and have combined that with my own knowledge and experience from racing and training at an international level for the last 10 years. This, as well as working with coaches from the World Tour has given me invaluable knowledge in the cycling coaching space.
Every athlete is unique, with individual strengths, weaknesses, aspirations, as well as time constraits and other commitments, which is why I have always believed that a working with a dedicated coach and makinguse of an individualised approach to training will always yield better results than simply following a generic training program or online platform.
My coaching philosophy is built on a foundation of science-backed training principles from Science to Sport, the latest research and publications, combined with years of cycling experience across various disciplines.

Your training will be focused on your upcoming goals and events, and will be updated bi-weekly to ensure it remains aligned with your progress and objectives
Advanced Coaching
If you are a competitive cyclist looking for a more advanced and in-depth approach to your training and racing, Advanced Coaching is for you.
This package offers a tailored approach to address your evolving performance goals and upcoming events.
Your training program updates and athlete-coach feedback sessions will be done on a weekly basis to ensure it stays in sync with your progress.
Professional
The highest level of training, analysis, feedback and support leaving no stone unturned. Professional Coaching is designed to turn you into the best athlete you can be.
Your training program will undergo daily in-depth analysis, with unlimited program adjustments and athlete-coach feedback to ensure that your training remains finely tuned to your progress and objectives.
This package also includes race analysis and event specific strategies, tactics and preparation.
